The staff are very very helpful and I truly enjoyed their attitude. The property has an ideal and amazing location, adjacent to an alley, a mosque with street dogs at night and the restaurant downstairs. Daun Penh district deserves your time and attention.

Charming street with kampong community. Diverse group of expats. Affordable room for only $5. Friendly family running the guesthouse. Great food. Beautiful views. Peaceful and quiet location. Excellent airport pick-up service

grand view guesthouse exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in phnom penh. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect with many beautiful murals nearby.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this place. The room might have been small, but it was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Plus, the location was fantastic with a cool street art vibe and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from currency exchange to printing. And the tuktuk drivers outside were top-notch! Definitely my go-to spot in town.
The only thing I would have liked to see was a more diverse menu for breakfast.
